Healing Rooms

The Healing Rooms are a place and time set aside to encounter the goodness and kindness of the Lord and allow Him to heal our physical bodies. They are open the third Saturday of the month at NewDay's New Prague campus from 9:00 - 10:30 am. Stop in anytime between these hours.

The Healing Rooms consist two rooms, an Encounter Room and a Prayer Room. The Encounter Room is a place to rest and soak. A place to turn your thoughts and face towards God. There’s worship and soaking music, communion, and a sense of His presence. From there you are invited into the Prayer Room where a team of people partner with what God is doing at that moment and decree His Word, love, healing, and life abundant over you.

Those of us who serve in the Healing Rooms are madly in love with God. We believe the Word, including the verses that Jesus healed ALL who came to Him and that through and with Him, we will do greater. We’re passionate about joy. And we’re slightly addicted to thwarting the plans of the enemy. We understand that it is Jesus who heals, and we are merely conduits. (Matthew 4:24, Matthew 9:35, John 14:11-13, Matthew 10:5).

The other night...

A Christian woman who attends another church, felt the tangible touch of the Lord for the first time in her life.

A little boy came for prayer. While in the Encounter Room, he drew a picture...flames from the heart of God. The boy was healed.

Feet were healed. Back pain was alleviated.

At NewDay, we believe that it is God's will to give life and life abundant. We do not know why some get healed and some do not. But we are committed to pray and declare healing, knowing that some will get healed; rather than not pray and see no one get healed.

If you are in need of healing, we suggest you start declaring these verses over yourself, while you wait for the time the Healing Rooms are open:

Who Himself bore our sins in His own body on the tree, that we, having died to sins, might live for righteousness—by whose stripes you were healed. 1 Peter 2:24

Fear not, for I am with you; be not dismayed, for I am your God. I will strengthen you, yes, I will help you, I will uphold you with my righteous right hand. Isaiah 41:10

And when Jesus went out He saw a great multitude; and He was moved with compassion for them, and healed their sick. Matthew 14:14

And the whole multitude sought to touch Him, for power went out from Him and healed them all. Luke 6:19

The Lord is my shepherd; I shall not want. He makes me to lie down in green pastures; he leads me beside the still waters. He restores my soul; he leads me in the paths of righteousness for His name’s sake. Yea, though I walk through the valley of the shadow of death, I will fear no evil; for You are with me; Your rod and Your staff, they comfort me. You prepare a table before me in the presence of my enemies; You anoint my head with oil; my cup runs over. Surely goodness and mercy shall follow me all the days of my life; and I will dwell in the house of the Lord forever. Psalm 23

And he showed me a pure river of water of life, clear as crystal, proceeding from the throne of God and of the Lamb. In the middle of its street, and on either side of the river, was the tree of life, which bore twelve fruits, each tree yielding its fruit every month. The leaves of the tree were for the healing of the nations. Revelation 22:1,2
